An accomplished musician from an early age Alain started learning the piano when he was only 4 years old. In 1987 Alain went on to win the prestigious 'Young Musician of the Year' award in Belgium and toured non stop for two years as a result.

Not one to rest on his laurels Alain decided to take up guitar, vocals and bass guitar in the early 90's when he moved to London. He later earned his degree in classical piano at the famous Trinity College of Music, London.

In 2000 he set up a record label(Buttercuts Records Ltd) and released numerous records both as a musician and as a label.

Having performed all over the UK and Europe with countless gigs and tours under his belt and with a huge musical knowledge, Alain brings an invaluable amount of experience to Dragnerve.

Besides Dragnerve, Alain is currently training to be a lawyer.
